Introduction to Our Company.

“Gavanbunker” is a group company which unites a number of enterprises doing services of oil bunkering, trans-shipment (reloading) and trading oil products in the Far East of Russia.

Annual oil product turnover of “Gavanbunker” exceeds 100 000 tons. In it work “Gavanbunker” uses it own oil reloading (trans-shipment) terminal with spur railways, 20 000 storing cubic capacity and moorage for tankers and bunkering ships.

The company has a “Guna” tanker – bunkering ship for bunkering vessels, it cargo capacity being 1500 tons.

The Closed joint-stock company “Gavanbunker” lays in supplies of oil products directly from the following manufacturing plants: the Komsomolsk oil refining plant, the Angarsk refining plant and the Khabarovskoil company “Alliance”.

Having long term and reliable links with oil product suppliers our enterprise offers a wide range of ship oil and fuel, guarantees supplied oil product quality.

The enterprise has all the necessary licenses to carry out the work concerning trans-shipment (reloading) and bunkering and to execute all accompanying kinds of work.

Mission.

The mission of the Closed joint-stock company “Gavanbunker” may be defined as the consolidation of it own positions and the trade mark of trustworthy physical supplier of high quality bunkering fuel and ship lubricating oils as well as the ensuring of high quality service as to storing, trans-shipment (reloading) and delivery of oil products, ability for stable work and business development of company’s customers.

Oil Base.

The Closed joint-stock company “Gavanbunker” was formed in 2001. Currently it is an enterprise meeting up-to-dale requirements demanded of oil bases of this kind. The Closed joint-stock company “Gavanbunker” exercises the taking of oil products directly from railways, their storing and dispatch (shipment) to home and foreign customers as well as ship bunkering at the ports of Vanino and Sovetskaya Gavan including The Tatarsky Stray the Sea of Okhotsk of Russia.

In July 2006 the Closed joint-stock company “Gavanbunker” put into operation two new reservoirs of 5 000 and 3 000 cubic capacities, which allowed to decrease the price of trans-shipment (reloading).

The industrial capacity of the Closed joint-stock company “Gavanbunker” includes:

• stock of 20 000 storing cubic capacities;
• elevated railway for simultaneous discharge of 4 tank-trucks;
• two pumping stations for pumping over oil products, their productiveness being 200 cubic capacity per hour and 320 cubic capacity per hour;
• moorage for tankers 8.5 meters deep;
• up-to-date cleaning installations for oil containing waters and household flowing;
• test laboratory for chemical oil product analysis;
• specialized motor transport for transporting fuel and oils;
• highly qualified personnel.
